The Surry Community College Library will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, May 12 — Thursday, May 15, and from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, May 16, while students are on break.

The Surry Community College Library will host a free workshop on using online platforms, such as Wiki Tree, Ancestry, and Family Search, on Tuesday, May 13, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon in the library. “An Introduction to Online Platforms for Genealogical Research” is free and open to the public.
