Font should be 12-point Times New Roman, 11-point Calibri, 11-point Georgia, 11-point Arial, or 10-point Lucida Sans Unicode.
Double-space the whole paper, including title & references pages.
Use hanging indents on your references page. If a citation is longer than a single line, indent (Ctrl+Tab) every line after the first line. The first line of the citation should be left "hanging."
