AJEV Style is the publication style of the American Journal of Enology and Viticulture. The Journal produces a "Guide for Authors," containing their style requirements for authors. Students in the Viticulture and Enology program at SCC may follow the citation instructions on this guide or by using the PDF linked above to correctly cite the sources used during their research.
For more information access the online manuscript submission and review system for the American Journal of Enology and Viticulture.
Each citation consists of two parts:
1. The in-text citation - provides very brief identifying information within the text.
2. The reference list - full identifying information about each source used.
